Final Symbiosis: Commencement of Construction Phases IV and V
The decade of development culminates with the launch of the final phases. In 2030, construction begins on extensive innovation and residential infrastructure, definitively linking technological development with residential and leisure functions. CÉRKA will thus become a comprehensive, self-sufficient, and competitive ecosystem — living proof of the region's successful transformation.
Expanding Amenities: Phase III Focused on Education and Services
By 2029, CÉRKA will have become a fully-fledged regional hub. Phase III commences, including the construction of a school, a university centre, and modern sports facilities. This phase also features the realization of a service hub, retail spaces, and a parking house. Emphasis is placed on cultivated public spaces that connect the academic and business spheres with the daily lives of residents and visitors.
New Landmarks on the Horizon: Phase II Construction
The year 2028 will bring the first above-ground silhouettes of the new district. We will begin construction of the key structures that define CÉRKA's identity — the Innovation and Creative Towers. These buildings, alongside a new community centre, will create spaces for gathering, education, and culture, breathing new social life into the site.
Designing Innovation and Residential Infrastructure
Parallel to the infrastructure construction, design work begins for the future heart of the entire ecosystem. The year 2027 is marked by intensive planning of technological centres for innovation and research, as well as modern residential infrastructure. The goal is to create a harmonious environment where cutting-edge work naturally meets high-quality living in the Beskydy foothills.
First Shovel in the Ground: Backbone Infrastructure Realization
The year 2027 will be marked by extensive construction work laying the functional foundations of the ecosystem. This stage includes general repairs of water mains, sewerage, and reservoirs, but primarily the construction of entirely new high-voltage and low-voltage networks, including modern transformer stations. A key element is the integration of blue-green infrastructure for sustainable water management and the construction of new roads definitively connecting the site with its surroundings.
Confirmed Vision: Completion of the Feasibility Study
December 2026 will bring final expert confirmation of the entire intent. The completed feasibility study for the whole site, including the CÉRKA innovation ecosystem, will validate in detail the economic, technological, and social sustainability of the future buildings and infrastructure. This document will serve as a key basis for securing strategic grants.
Final Execution Documentation
September 2026 marks a key milestone: the completion of the execution project documentation. This detailed technical basis follows the obtained building permits and forms the complete specifications for the general contractor tender. CÉRKA officially reaches the "ready-to-build" stage.
Grant Application Submitted for Phase I
March 2026 marks the sharp start of the realization phase. The municipality of Trojanovice has officially submitted a grant application to fund Phase I of the CÉRKA project.
